We have the answers.

We have gathered the questions our candidate and company users ask most. Can't find what you're looking for? Just write to us.

OneNewOne is an Applicant Tracking System used by member companies in their recruitment processes. Companies integrate candidate data they previously obtained from career sites and evaluate these candidates for new role needs. Since there is no conventional job-posting or candidate-listing logic on our site, hiring is carried out in full confidentiality. Candidates suitable for the roles companies open are evaluated by the system, and companies' pre-screening is handled automatically.

It means a company wants to evaluate you for a position it will open shortly. Your CV details have been added to the OneNewOne Applicant Tracking System under KVKK (data protection law) by the company named in the email sent to you, to be evaluated in recruitment processes.

If you are a registered member: after logging in, open Settings from your profile in the top-right corner and press the button shown to delete all your records. If you have not registered yet, email info@onenewone.com with the subject 'Deletion of Membership Information and Personal Data' from the address your membership is registered under, and we will start deleting the information uploaded by companies. All your data will be deleted within a maximum of 24 hours.

When your interview appointment time arrives, refresh the 'My Ongoing Processes' page. On the refreshed page your interview room button will become active.
