Tunç Erman, the founder of OneNewOne (ONO), an artificial intelligence-based recruitment management system, has entered an automation process based on the accumulation he has gained and the problems he has encountered after managing recruitments on a national and international basis for 20 years. They divided the CVs into 67 pieces and created 4 different artificial intelligence dictionaries that are completely their own. How did you come up with the idea of hiring with artificial intelligence?.
20 yıldan fazla bir süredir, yurt içi ve yurt dışında on binlerce istihdam sürecini yönettim. Türkiye’nin en büyük istihdam projelerinde yer aldım, bu büyük projelerde tekrarlanan işlerde çok fazla insan kaynağı yetiştirmek zorunda kaldım. I experienced the difficulty of repeating the same processes in each project and creating new teams for it, and the idea of OneNewOne emerged by thinking about how we can automate these processes. Fikir ortaya çıktığında yıl 2019’du. 2021 yılında resmi kuruluşumuzu yaptık. We created our dictionaries with a software team of 6 people. But at the time, we didn’t define it as artificial intelligence. 2021 yılında Versiyon 2’yi çıkardık. Bu sayede 1 milyon dolar yatırım alarak İTÜ Çekirdek’e girdik ve 2023 yılında şimdi kullandığımız Versiyon 3’ü çıkardık. Yeni versiyonla birlikte de çok hızlı bir aşama kaydetmeye başladık..
