The primary goal of the company, which is the only one in Turkey with the service privileges it offers and has a valuation of $2 million, is to spread to all of Europe, starting from Eastern Europe.

OneNewOne, an artificial intelligence-based recruitment platform that was founded in 2019 to minimize the length and cost of traditional recruitment processes, started its activities in 2021 after a two-year R&D process. OneNewOne, which makes a difference in recruitment with artificial intelligence in a short time and cooperates with Turkey’s largest brands, attracted the attention of investors with its success. The company, which received its first investor with a valuation of one million dollars in September last year, reached a valuation of 2 million dollars in a short period of 5 months. At the same time, it was one of the three startups selected for the overseas program by staying in the ITU Big Bang final.

OPENING UP TO THE WORLD.

“We do not have one-to-one competitors in Turkey. There are similar processes. However, we differ with both our candidate database, our learning algorithms and our smart interview system. We have strong competitors in the UK and America abroad.” Tunç Erman stated that they work with many leading companies in their fields in Turkey. We established a company in London as a step towards our goal of opening up to the world. We are currently working intensively with Hungary. We recently entered the markets of Greece and Bulgaria. We will be in Germany very soon. OneNewOne artificial intelligence can currently serve in Turkish, English, Hungarian, Bulgarian and Greek. ”.
