The primary goal of the company, which is the only one in Turkey with the service privileges it offers and has a valuation of $2 million, is to spread to all of Europe, starting from Eastern Europe.

 

OneNewOne, an artificial intelligence-based recruitment platform that was founded in 2019 to minimize the length and cost of traditional recruitment processes, started its activities in 2021 after a two-year R&D process. OneNewOne, which makes a difference in recruitment with artificial intelligence in a short time and cooperates with Turkey’s largest brands, attracted the attention of investors with its success. The company, which received its first investor with a valuation of one million dollars in September last year, reached a valuation of 2 million dollars in a short period of 5 months. At the same time, it was one of the three startups selected for the overseas program by staying in the ITU Big Bang final.

Stating that they continue to invest with the goal of transforming the recruitment processes from the beginning to the end, Tunç Erman, the founder of the company, said, “Before artificial intelligence came into play, HR employees had to make 3,500 phone calls to hire 100 people. With this method, the world average of the recruitment process was 42 days. Today, we integrate candidate pools in different formats in seconds with OneNewOne technology. With smart classification and smart matching features, we find the right person among approximately 1.6 million candidates. Artificial intelligence conducts written and verbal interviews with the requested candidate as if he/she is an expert in that field. The most suitable candidate for the position desired by the employer can get to work in about 2 hours. The rate of being the right person for this employee placed by artificial intelligence is 90 percent. In recruitment with classical methods, only one HR employee who can achieve this rate needs to undergo rigorous training for three years.
