There are two options to register as a company. You should be appointed as an authorized person by a company or you should add your company to the system first time with your company email.
Second Step: Introducing Your Company
You should fill out the basic details of your company so that the candidates you will invite know your company and you should appoint the authorized people who will be active in the recruitment process in your company.
Third Step: Creating Candidate Pool
The other step will be to your 15-day trial. At this stage, you can upload your candidate pool, open a position and making interviews to complete the recruitment progress
Fourth Step: Purchasing
There are different pricing packages regarding the company and the number of authorized people in the OneNewOne recruitment processes. The system is free and unlimited for those who will make and watch interviews. The price is calculated monthly pr 6 months with a discount. The numbers of positions and candidates are unlimited and monthly free starts from 2995 TL + VAT.
Fifth Step: Creating a New Position
You can create unlimited positions. After creating the position, you should define the steps and scenarios to be used in the process, the details of the position, and the required qualifications from the candidates. If the details are more accurate, candidate matching will be that accurate. Wasting time on the wrong candidates will be prevented.
Sixth Step: Choosing Suitable Candidates
According to a sufficient candidate pool and detailed positions, you will have the candidates evaluated and chosen by the system based on AI. An email will be automatically sent to the short-list which is created from selected candidates. The candidates who accepted the position will be involved in the process according to your scenario and pre-evaluation.
Last Step: Completing the Process
You will continue the process according to the authorizations you have made with the candidates presented to you. You can make interviews and recordings of the interviews and have them watched by all authorized people. You can follow all the processes in the process with details; You can reach all kinds of reports based on company, position, candidate.
