  1. With whom and for what purposes do we share your personal data?

Your personal data is shared with third parties in compliance with the rules regarding the transfer of personal data in the Law and relevant legislation. The parties with whom we share and the purposes of sharing within this scope are as follows:

  • Authorized Institutions and Organizations: Fulfilling our legal obligations in cases where they request information or documents from our Company or we are required to make a notification to these institutions.
  • Suppliers and Business Partners: Receiving support from suppliers providing information technology infrastructures, products, and services in order to fulfill the purposes stated under the heading “1. Which of your personal data do we process, for what purposes, and based on which legal grounds?” above (e.g., receiving cloud computing services for storing data in a cloud environment).
  • Employers with Open Job Positions: Sharing with employers with open job positions for the purpose of including your information in the pools of companies using OneNewOne, in the event that you provide your explicit consent.

Your personal data is transferred by OneNewOne limited to the purposes and parties mentioned above, in accordance with the rules stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. In the event that your personal data is to be transferred abroad, OneNewOne acts in accordance with the rules stipulated in Article 9 of the Law and takes the necessary administrative and technical measures to ensure that your personal data is processed securely by third parties and in accordance with this Text.
